Project Background
As an established employee benefits company, Benecon hosts and attends multiple events a year. They brought in my team to create graphics, booths, and webpages to support their mission of “self-funding solutions”.
Challenges
- Project turnaround times were often very quick, averaging about 1-2 days.
- Old site components were buggy and lacked modern functionality. This made rapid turnaround times difficult and halted most creative iteration.
Solutions
- Reused components and structures where possible to cut down on design time. Partnered with a graphic design firm to ensure deadlines were met.
- Established frequent communication streams with Developers to locate and address bugs, circumventing the backlog entirely.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Product Design principles to create multiple instances of print media, including Table Cloths, Exhibit Booths, Posters, and Postcards.
- Layout various email templates, covering general internal communications & special events across different Benecon-owned brands.
- Use existing components to create net-new webpages emphasizing professionalism and content security while remaining conscious of tight time constraints.
